•Design, develop, and implement effective, engaging, standards-based course curriculum content and learning materials using the ADDIE model, including instructional materials, e-learning courses, instructor-led learning experiences, presentations, slide decks, review and feedback guides, student exercises, and course outlines.
•Manage 2 ELA content development and revision cycles a year. Writing or revising 6 units each (25-40 hours of instructional content each) unit. Ensuring units align with state standards and build students’ reading, composition, and communication skills.
•Creating innovative summative and formative assessments, ranging from short answer, to research, to essays, to projects, that will fairly and accurately measure a student’s mastery of the course curriculum.
•Managing the day-to-day workflow and implementation of teaching educational units, classroom models, blended learning, virtual learning, small groups, and one-on-one interventions both in person and online.
•Collecting assessment data, including formative and summative assessments, to measure student growth. Analyzed assessment data and adjusted teaching to meet learners’ needs. Collaborating with SMEs to determine goals for learning experiences.
• ​Completing performance gap analysis, assessing learners’ current state and growth, collaborating on solutions to performance issues, and continuing to support student progress. Maintaining records and documenting various data points with extreme organization and accuracy for strict compliance records.​
•Implemented close-reading and composition strategies to help students succeed. On the 2023 state assessment, both 9th-grade and 10th-grade achieved 100% grade-level mastery. In 2022, 80% of 9th-grade students achieved grade-level mastery, and 90% of 10th-grade students achieved grade-level mastery.
